Automated reporting through email
Each user builds custom reports that meet their specific needs. Reports can be scheduled to be emailed as a PDF attachment each day, so users can arrive at work with the information they need already in their inbox

Individual user settings
Each user has their own custom settings, allowing users to focus on the crime information that matters to them most. ATACRAIDS remembers any of these filters or settings for future sessions. For example, patrol officers assigned to a specific beat can set ATACRAIDS to automatically center the map to display their beat, display only crimes that occurred within their beat, and even display specific types of crimes.

Search, filter and sort
ATACRAIDS dynamically adjusts the map, grid and analytics views of data as the user applies filters and moves around the map. This fully integrated system allows users to quickly map the crimes that are of interest to them, and then view incident information and analytics for only those crimes that are in their view. Users can apply a filter on any variable in the ATACRAIDS system, and any number of filters can be active at one time.

Access ATACRAIDS from any location
You can access ATACRAIDS from any computer that has internet access and a browser. ATACRAIDS remembers all of your settings and filters, so ATACRAIDS is always just the way you left it. ATACRAIDS remembers the last location that you searched for, the individual filters that you set in the data grid, the crime types that were in view and the date range in display relative to the current date.
ATACRAIDS and RAIDS Online integration
In addition to being able to view robust data from other ATACRAIDS agencies, data from BAIR’s free public crime map, RAIDS Online, is also available in the ATACRAIDS system. This allows your agency to see data from neighboring jurisdictions even if they aren’t an ATACRAIDS user.
Regional sharing access control
Share data with all agencies in the nation, create private data sharing groups, or prohibit anyone from seeing your crime data. Your agency has complete control over which agencies in the ATACRAIDS system can view your data.
